| Considering that KEN BİL will pay the utmost attention to the optimum preparation of the text to be translated from one language to the other regarding both its content and its view and to its representation of the original document, we will make some requests of you to provide the best solutions. 1. In case of any terms / jargons specific to particular professions and subjects in the texts to be translated and any translations of such terms you particularly request to be used, please make sure to specify these.
2. Please specify any expressions you desire to be left as it is or any titles of establishments, associations, etc.
3. Please specify the expansions of any abbreviations (if they are not easily apparent or if rarely used expressions) in order to avoid any misapprehensions. Such can be any abbreviations for a name of a place, title or a frequently repeated sentence or word in the text.
4. Please specify whether the persons mentioned in the text are man or women and their professional titles if any (Dr., Att., Prof., etc.). Furthermore, please also specify whether the units of measurement used in the text to be translated from the foreign language to Turkish will be translated into the units used in Turkey and vice versa.
5. Taking into account that translation process requires time and care, please give the necessary term to let your work be done excellently.
6. Please be sure that KEN BİL will take the highest possible degree of care of your work. Nevermore in case of any questions or doubts about the work to be done, please do not hesitate to contact with us. The necessary actions will be taken to handle the matter.
8. The delivery of the work done is made in the way it is agreed on beforehand (via e-mail or by hand); in notarized translations, one more copy of the work to be done is issued other than the number of copies our customer requests (the copy left at the notary public) and delivered by hand.
9. Relating to the works within the frame of our services, we will appraise any offers of mutual cooperation or any advice from you that will let us provide better services for you. |
